Conduct consultation appointments with patients, both in person and over the phone. Perform initial assessment and examination of patients: taking medical histories and completing physical examinations. Request and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory investigations where necessary. Diagnose medical problems and conditions. Develop treatment and management plans. Confidently explain these to the patient concerned. Provide direct care to patients using established clinical guidelines for both routine and urgent complaints.
