Our private client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist to support their Independent School in Lytham St Annes for a temporary contract initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of students' gross and fine motor skills. Evaluate proprioceptive functioning to identify sensory processing issues. Prepare reports for multi-disciplinary team meetings or Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews. Recommend adaptations to the classroom or school environment to support sensory and motor needs.
Requirements: Have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. Experience supporting children with gross and fine motor difficulties, and problems with proprioception.
