Band 3 Healthcare Assistant

Mental Health , employed through TTM Healthcare, a Tier 1 provider, you will assume a crucial role in delivering compassionate care tailored to our patients' specific needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Clinical Proficiency:

Demonstrate advanced clinical skills pertinent to mental health care, encompassing the observation of mental health indicators, facilitating therapeutic interventions under supervision, and assisting in managing complex patient care scenarios. Communication Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. Band 3 Healthcare Assistants specializing in Mental Health should adeptly collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure holistic and empathetic care delivery. Autonomy:

Exhibit a high level of autonomy in executing assigned duties and responsibilities, showcasing the capability to make informed decisions within the parameters of the role, particularly in mental health crisis situations. Adaptability:

Possess flexibility and responsiveness to the evolving needs of mental health patients and the healthcare team. The ability to adeptly navigate various clinical circumstances in mental health settings is essential. Teamwork:
