About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading developer on a landmark residential project in Isleworth. This scheme, valued at £200m for 473 apartments, is in its early phases, with construction expected to span the next 10 years.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in overseeing MEP packages and guiding the team on-site. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and take ownership of critical aspects of this large-scale project.
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated professional who brings: 7+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on MEP packages. A degree in a construction-related discipline. Demonstrable experience working on large-scale residential projects. A proactive and team-oriented approach. Availability to work on-site full-time in Isleworth.
