Senior Quantity Surveyor (x2) - East Midlands
A leading privately-owned contractor is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor (x2) to join their team in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across education and training, healthcare, commercial, and leisure sectors ranging from £5m - £25m.
The initial projects include a shopping centre refurbishment in Nottinghamshire (£12m) and a conversion of a disused industrial area into a contemporary leisure venue in Leicester (£14m).

Experience managing sub-contractor variations Experience working with a building contractor Experience dealing with final accounts Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
Procurement and managing sub-contract packages Dealing with variations and valuations Input during pre-construction stage Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
