Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work on an ongoing agency basis for a NHS Mental Health hospital, based within Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will be able to choose their own shift pattern, enabling a healthy work life balance. SHIFTS:

Available Monday to Sunday SHIFT PATTERNS: Long Days:

0730-2000

Nights:

19.30-0800 SPECIALISMS:

Acute adult admission/treatment and psychiatric intensive care SKILLS REQUIRED:

Previous NHS experience essential and at least one year experience working within a similar role. RATES: Rates from £21.13ph - £31.13ph (LTD) PAYE (Inclusive) Equivalent: £19.13ph - £27.92ph The Role:

Provide a high standard of care to individuals (adults) with mental illness. Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement. Contribute to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress. Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice. The Person 12 months minimum UK experience

working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse Current NMC Registration Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You'll be warm and engaging while showing real empathy with service users and their individual circumstances. International applicants are unfortunately unable to be considered.
