The receipt of samples from within the hospital and surrounding GP practices. Sample preparation, request data entry and presentation for analysis as appropriate. To support the specific and technical and clerical duties alongside Biomedical Scientists as part of a team to facilitate the smooth running of the service. This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week. A flexible attitude to working hours is essential.
