Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and comply with data protection standards when handling patient-related and other confidential/sensitive data. As a paperless office, it is of utmost importance to scan all correspondence onto electronic patient medical records using the System One database and to ensure that clinical coded entries are entered appropriately and accurately. Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including opening the post, clinical coding, scanning, and filing. Facilitate effective communication between all staff members, patients, members of the primary health care team, secondary care, and other associated parties. Participate in the coordination of fire drills to comply with health and safety regulations. About us

Experience

Customer Service Skills Experience of working in a busy & multi-functional team Using System One Clinical database Experience of working within a GP Surgery A minimum of three years experience in a customer-facing environment Experience of handling confidential information and data. Qualifications

Good standard of education Customer Service qualification Disclosure and Barring Service Check
