***CONVEYANCING ADMINISTRATOR*** We are on the hunt for an efficient Residential Conveyancing Administrator. This is a office-based permanent role working for a long-established and highly regarded legal practice. The purpose of the role is to support a busy Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. Salary up to £26K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the Conveyancing Administrator include, Deal with incoming telephone calls in a professional manner Producing accurate documentation Photocopying, filing, manage incoming/outgoing post The ideal Conveyancing Administrator will need, Previous experience within a similar legal firm role Excellent verbal/written communication skills Confident IT skills required Speedy and accurate audio/copy typing skills essential Have a high level of confidentiality when dealing with information and documents Have the ability to work under pressure and support other departments as required
