HVAC Contracts Manager Crawley £50,000 Are you a Contracts Manager looking to lead HVAC projects across the South whilst having the opportunity to earn over £60,000 within your first year? Our client has well over 15 years of experience within the industry and is one of the South’s most respected and profitable companies. They can boast some of the area’s most prestigious and long-standing commercial contracts. Due to the acquisition of a new contract within the civil service industry, an additional Contracts Manager is needed to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC activity completed within the civil service sites, from assisting with initial quotations, organization of materials and labor, right through to execution and completion. Additionally, you will be tasked with liaising with clients to update them on progress, as well as with the Director to ensure works are completed on time.
