The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a site-based role. Liaising professionally with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers at all levels to ensure projects are managed efficiently. Understanding and implementing project programmes independently and/or alongside Contract and Project Managers. Managing day-to-day sub-contract works to ensure these are undertaken safely, as per scope, programme, and contract terms. Completion, compliance, and control of site paperwork including filing of documentation. Site/client facing meetings as necessary. Working closely with and supporting Contract and Project Manager, Commercial Team, Directors, and other team members on a regular basis. Being aware of project programme dates, sub-contractors engaged to undertake the works, variations to works, and completion dates.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years' experience within a Site Management role on shopfitting or interior fit out projects.
Qualifications required:
CSCS SMSTS/SSSTS First Aid at Work Asbestos Awareness Good IT skills Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills, incorporating a professional and authoritative management style with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively as necessary.
