Central London University, Temporary 8 week assignment, starting ASAP, £16.21 per hour plus holiday pay.

Val Wade Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for an Events Administrator to work for our client, a prestigious Education company, this full-time temporary role of 8 weeks is to assist the Events Team with exciting Events such as assisting with organising graduation ceremonies. The successful candidate will support the Events Team in delivering exceptional event support and advisory services. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in liaising with stakeholders, managing databases, and producing high-quality event materials in accordance with branding guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with stakeholders, including colleagues and external suppliers, while managing departmental queries. Assisting with the delivery of large scale events Uploading clear and concise content to the website and various communication channels. Processing and managing large databases related to activities and events. Producing event-related materials such as email invitations and brochures, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines. Handling any additional queries in the events inbox. Requirements:

Higher education to degree level or equivalent knowledge through experience in event management. Proven event coordination skills with experience in supporting various events. Experience in a customer-facing office environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in IT, including editing and web content management software, virtual event platforms, and email communication tools. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritize a heavy workload. High level of personal motivation and flexibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
