There are currently around 20 full-time people in the business, but they will have continued expansion through the year and beyond in line with their increasing success with both new and repeat clients. The Role: As one of 2 Creative Production Directors and reporting directly to the MD/Founder, you’ll lead your own team of (currently) around 4-5 – a mix of Producers and a Production Assistant. You’ll run it like your own mini business, inspiring and supporting your team across all aspects of client projects and relationships, with responsibility for creative responses, client management, project planning, production, and delivery, ensuring projects brilliantly hit the client brief in terms of creativity, production, and profit! You’ll allocate work across the team and manage budgets effectively. You: You’ll have a strong proven background agency-side in creative production within the experiential events sector – with experience across the full range of deliverables, from Press and Influencer trips, launches, pop ups, mailers, festival activations, design toolkits, etc. Lifestyle, beauty, and fashion are your interests and passions. Specifically, we are looking for well-rounded candidates who can bring: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills – ability to inspire the team to give their best Strong written and verbal communication skills – presentation skills to make outstanding pitches Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of client vision – ideally within a lifestyle/beauty/fashion sector Well-rounded strengths and abilities alongside excellent production knowledge and skills – including great client/account management skills and strong numeracy/budget, P&L, etc. – and fantastic project management Skilled in managing people, projects, and resources (proven track record in these is essential) Awareness of current trends in advertising and design Significant (minimum 10 years) creative production experience within experiential events and activations across varied formats with strong brand understanding within the sector Experience of working across varied formats within the creative experiential sector – ideally including Press and Influencer trips, launches, pop ups, creative mailers, festival activations, design toolkits, etc. More about the detail of the role: You’ll work alongside their in-house creative design team and report directly to the Founder/MD and her immediate Exec team.

Your responsibilities will encompass the full range of agency activities and include: Project Management

Leading and producing large-scale productions and activations – including full development of creative projects from initial idea to reality Leading and inspiring the team to ensure their projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget from pitch to wrap stage Signing off project timelines, proposals, and budgets for your direct team – includes scoping out the commercial viability of live jobs once signed off Managing client-facing budgets and quotes, P&L updates, etc. Contract negotiation with varied third parties/suppliers – including management of SOW On-site event delivery – UK and Overseas

Client Management

Lead client contact on a day-to-day level, particularly with senior clients Oversee client communications to ensure the right level and quality throughout Proactively pitch new event ideas to clients

Team Management

Managing team’s workload – allocating projects Supervising relevant project workflow management Line management of a project team – goal setting, appraisals, training, and development

Supplier Management

Involvement in marketing, lead generation, and input of passion and innovation into the development of company culture, business, and continued success
