Commercial Officer
Bristol - hybrid role

Finitas are working with a world-class engineering firm on their search for a Commercial Officer.
The successful candidate will join the current commercial team and assist with various commercial tasks. Key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements, such as prime and subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and back-to-back subcontracts.
Leading the commercial governance process for bids under your responsibility.
Ensuring compliance with the approvals framework and holding the wider division accountable.
They are looking for the following experience:
1 year of relevant work experience within engineering/defence/government.
Experience in sales and/or commercial management.
Ability to analyse, interpret, and draft contractual wording.
