The agency is seeking a

Head of Agency

to lead the client service team and strengthen relationships with media, PR, and creative agency clients. This key leadership role will oversee the growth and development of major accounts, driving revenue while delivering exceptional creative campaigns. The Head of Agency will balance strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring the agency continues to deliver outstanding service to its clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the client service team, managing client relationships and team performance. Oversee the growth of key accounts, driving revenue through high-impact OOH campaigns. Ensure the integration of creative, experiential, and OOH strategies to deliver innovative campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, PR, and creative agencies, ensuring the agency’s services exceed client expectations. Provide leadership and guidance under pressure, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Balance long-term strategic goals with immediate client needs to ensure both short-term success and sustainable growth.
