The Role:

My client is looking to recruit a new highly driven Senior Building Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London team! Your work will consist of a variety of Dilapidations, Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Defects, Dispute Resolution & Expert Reports, Planned Preventable Maintenance & Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

Degree qualified - within a construction related discipline Contract Administration (must be familiar with the JCT Suite of Contracts) 3-5 years industry experience - preferably within a consultancy environment Excellent time management Well experienced within the office & industrial sectors Project & professional experience Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required Able to work individually or in a team Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
