Senior Legal Counsel

I have recently partnered with a highly reputable firm looking to expand their in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with proven experience working as part of an in-house team to advise on all legal matters relating to the business and its operations.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with a vast range of legal matters including Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory IP/Data Protection, ESG, Litigation, Corporate Governance, Employment and Tax
Providing legal support on new business initiatives
Working closely with all business areas such as IT, Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing on legal issues
Working with external legal counsel where required
Essential Skills and Experience:
6+ years PQE
Experience working as part of an in-house legal team
Proven experience working across multiple practice areas as highlighted above
Experience working both nationally and internationally
