to lead our clients efforts in safeguarding critical services and ensuring our organisation can anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions. About the Role: In this high-impact position, you’ll: Develop and execute a robust operational resilience strategy. Define critical business services, impact tolerances, and recovery objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration across risk, compliance, IT, and operations. Chair resilience forums and provide expert advice to senior leadership. Ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the liaison with key regulators. Drive incident response, scenario testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You: Proven leadership in operational resilience, business continuity, or risk management within financial services. Deep knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., PRA, FCA).
