Full Time, Permanent KM Education Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an exceptional training organisation seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Quality for their Apprenticeship delivery. This key leadership role will have overall responsibility for the
quality assurance strategy , driving the development and implementation of
quality management systems
across the business on a national level. Essential experience we need:
Must be working in a ‘Head of’ Quality level role with a vision for improvement, with demonstrable experience of revising and implementing new quality measures. Applicants must have recent experience of leading and managing Ofsted inspections, acting as Ofsted Nominee. Fully versed with Ofsted, AO, EiF and DfE requirements. The successful candidate will also act as the designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee support for learners with additional needs. Experience of completing Self-Assessments and Quality Improvement Plans across the business in line with Education Inspection Framework, managing the quality assurance strategy and implementation of the quality learner journey.
