Salary:

£27,269 - £30,060 | Grade 5 HRS/WEEKS: 37 Hours (Split shifts)

The Governing Body of Blaenavon Heritage VC Primary School are seeking to appoint a Site Manager with responsibility for ensuring that the campus is opened and closed at the designated times and is an appropriate, welcoming, well-maintained, clean, safe and secure environment for all pupils, staff and visitors.

In addition to general caretaking responsibilities, the Site Manager will serve as the school's Health & Safety Officer, manage an agreed refurbishment programme in consultation with the Headteacher and Business Manager, and work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body.

We are looking for a Site Manager who will: Develop and maintain an excellent environment for teaching and learning. Ensure the site supports and facilitates high levels of wellbeing for all stakeholders. Enter willingly into the full life of the school as a supportive team member.
