ABOUT THE ROLE
Boden is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand operating across the US, UK and Europe with a significant majority of its sales coming from e-commerce. As such Technology is a vital part of our business that keeps the business running day to day as well as driving growth by helping the business become more advanced.
We are looking for somebody to join us to lead a team of solution architects that each support one of our business domains. We firmly believe solution architecture is the glue that helps us get the best out of technical and product teams by helping to unite our thinking across business process, engineered components and bought applications.
As Head of Solution Architecture, you will report to our Director of Engineering and your role will be to build out the processes, templates and structures within our solution architecture function to enable a consistent approach for solution architecture across our domains. As well as this you will be responsible for growing the individuals in our architecture team, helping them to understand how to act as a technical authority while still empowering our teams to contribute to solutions.
