Leverage contacts/relationships using an established book of existing industry agency contacts to generate leads and expand their customer base, identifying key areas relating to AV and TV. Execute strategic plan to sell that expands client base and extends the company’s reach. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of their offerings. Present and proactively pitch to agencies and other third parties. Research and understand the broader market and client needs and identify how their solutions address them. Accurate use of the CRM to manage pipeline, analyse data and forecast to board members. Ensure solution activity delivers against all key metrics. Explore all relevant commercial opportunities to ensure that the company’s activity for key clients exceeds expectations. Work alongside the team to proactively target potential clients for activity. Demonstrate high levels of customer service using an established book of existing industry contacts. Required Skills and Qualifications
Significant experience as a Media Sales Professional with an agency background in TV and/or AV. Able to demonstrate experience in delivery against substantial financial targets and KPIs, ensuring the highest level of service to key clients and agencies through attentive account management. Displaying a natural and positive approach to selling with an eagerness to learn and represent our client concerning all offerings across the business. Quick learner. Demonstrates a proven record of success in driving the sales process from plan to close. Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually). Significant experience in understanding/representing client requirements. Able to leverage relevant contacts in Media Agencies. Shows an understanding and knowledge of media buying. Excellent presentation, listening, negotiation & written skills. Able to translate complex data and technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
