ALBERT'S SCHLOSS LONDON - OPENING JUNE 2024 Stock Manager, Albert's Schloss, London Salary: £32,000-35,000 (DOE) + up to 32% bonus Albert’s Schloss resides in the heart of London on Shaftesbury Avenue, having taken over from the former Rainforest Café site. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; expect a Bavarian Bier Palace, Alpine-themed Cook Haus, and seven days of showtime. The stunning 18,000 square foot space in the heart of the West End is our fourth Albert’s Schloss in the UK, part of the Mission Mars Group. With four bars measuring over 45 metres in length, 500 covers for Cook Haus dining, in Haus Bakery, Ludwigs Tavern and an impressive stage that offers totally unique entertainment. We're seeking a detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, and implement stock control procedures. You’ll work closely with the bar team to forecast needs, monitor quality, and conduct audits. Experience in a high-volume hospitality environment, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in stock management software are essential. If you're proactive, adaptable, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you! What you'll be doing Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements. Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely replenishment of stock. Implement effective stock control procedures to minimise waste and maximise profitability. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Work closely with the bar management team to forecast stock requirements and identify trends. Monitor product quality and shelf life, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and optimise processes. Who we need Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high volume bar or restaurant. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Excel would be ideal. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
