Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday Duration: 3 months temporary contract Location: Norfolk Main duties:
- Contract monitoring of both the soft and hard FM contracts
- Day to day management of maintenance, cleaning and portering services
- Working closely with contract supervisors
- Logging and reporting repairs needed and completed
- Accurately competing paperwork
