As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

Manage short-term assignments, including quality improvement and service commissioning. Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives. Recruit, train, and support general managers, conducting regular performance appraisals. Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Package and Benefits:

The Regional Support Manager will enjoy a comprehensive package, including: Annual salary of £60,000 - £65,000. Private healthcare cover for yourself and contributory cover for your family. 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG and NMC Pin Renewal Fees. The ideal Regional Support Manager will have:

Registered Nurse qualification and/or NVQ Level 4 in Care/Leadership and Management. At least 3 years of management and leadership experience. A full clean driving licence. Excellent understanding of CQC regulations. Previous CQC inspection being Good or Outstanding. Up-to-date knowledge of the Care Sector and regulatory framework.
