As part of their continued expansion in the region, they are seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior or Associate level). Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Carry out building and site surveys. Compile detailed condition surveys and reports. Prepare schedules of work and specifications. Lead project management and contract administration duties. Diagnose building defects using building pathology principles. Produce drawings using AutoCAD (not essential but advantageous). Manage quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery. Handle Party Wall instructions and liaise with clients effectively. Contribute to business development initiatives to expand the regional division. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Chartered Surveyor who can bring value to the team and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will: Be a chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g., MRICS, CIOB). Have demonstrable experience in building surveying services, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines. Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Be self-driven, adaptable, and committed to contributing to the team’s growth.
