Ensure compliance with industry standards, including healthcare-specific requirements where applicable. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, maintaining control over costs and timelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. Monitor quality assurance processes and health and safety protocols. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficient in project management tools and software. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
