About the Role: On behalf of a leading provider of critical environment solutions, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Critical Facilities Engineer to join their team. Based at a flagship customer data centre in Farnborough, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the primary onsite engineer, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities: As the (Static) Critical Facilities Engineer, you will:

Act as the onsite engineering expert for clients and internal teams. Conduct planned and reactive maintenance for critical electrical and mechanical systems. Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution. Proactively identify improvements to plant and equipment performance. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards.What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise: Strong background in data centre operations, including systems such as BMS, UPS, STS, LV, HV, and HVAC. Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. Organised and Proactive: Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with safety legislation and mandatory standards for critical environments.Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Electrical trade qualifications or degree in a related field. Experience in industrial, data centre, or mission-critical environments. Knowledge of 3rd-party vendor operational management. Health & Safety training, such as IOSH - Managing Safely certification.Why Apply?
