Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead for multiple frameworks operating in the South East reporting directly to the commercial manager. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring of costs & maximising value Managing key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts Preparation of cost/value information for periodic/monthly reporting requirements Prepare accurate forecast with contracts managers for budget setting Financial assessments through to final accounts SCP sub-contract order preparation & assisting with procurement Responsible for change management and valuation of change Other duties that may be required as part of the commercial function. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car Provided) BSC in Quantity Surveying NEC 3 & 4 Contract experience Analytical thinking and problem-solving An effective communicator both written and verbal We are Investors in People accredited.
