Eurovia’s core expertise is transport infrastructure and urban development, producing specialist, market leading materials and construction services to the UK highways industry. Our knowledge and technical expertise has enabled investment in growth to develop innovative and sustainable construction techniques and solutions that benefit road users, airports, stadiums, playgrounds and pedestrian footways across the UK. The Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead for multiple frameworks operating in the South East reporting directly to the commercial manager. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring of costs & maximising value Managing key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts Preparation of cost/value information for periodic/monthly reporting requirements Prepare accurate forecast with contracts managers for budget setting Financial assessments through to final accounts SCP sub-contract order preparation & assisting with procurement Responsible for change management and valuation of change Other duties that may be required as part of the commercial function. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Full UK Driving Licence (Company Car Provided) BSC in Quantity Surveying NEC 3 & 4 Contract experience Analytical thinking and problem-solving An effective communicator both written and verbal We are Investors in People accredited.
