This well-established business operates with a turnover of approximately £12M, delivering projects valued between £500,000 and £4M across several sectors, including High-Quality Residential (HQR), Private Education, and Hospitality and Leisure.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-calibre projects from start to finish. As the No. 1 on-site, you will hold full responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For
Come from a similar-sized company with a track record of delivering high-quality projects, OR Be from a larger regional contractor and looking for a role with less red tape and bureaucracy. Have demonstrable experience in delivering projects from inception to completion. Possess strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
