GLOBAL BRAND MANAGER COMPANY OVERVIEW SA Designer Parfums is a fast-growing company in the perfume and cosmetics industry. Brands we operate include GHOST, ARIANA GRANDE, JENNIFER LOPEZ, HAWAIIAN TROPIC, CERRUTI, PLAYBOY, and other international brands. JOB PURPOSE Contribute to the execution of global brand strategy, experience, and consumer platforms of fragrances in order to engage a broad audience across geographies and enhance value. Support the Marketing Manager on mix development execution, licensor meeting presentation, and market intelligence with the aim of developing the growth, reputation, and image of the brand globally. Drive the day-to-day management of the product development phases and mix delivery with the agency and internal partners (NPD and Trade Marketing) to deliver strong marketing assets on time and provide support to markets. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse the positioning of the products and competitors for each market and suggest propositions for new products. Lead the development of the product mix for new projects (bottle, packaging, fragrance, advertising, PR, Digital, etc.) under the Marketing Manager's guidance. Define the necessary support elements to achieve a successful new product launch in connection with the markets and Trade Marketing, according to timing and quality. Ensure coordination with agencies, suppliers, and artwork for the development of the product mix, packaging, shoots, and R&D. Act as the key point of contact for all support teams and coordinate developments to ensure consistency. Work closely with the R&D team, purchasing, and finance to define the product price and production cost (ICP) together with the P&L. Identify needs with the Trade Marketing & promo team and propose promotional programs for existing and new products. REQUIREMENTS 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing; MBA preferred. 5+ years of Marketing experience, including Global Fragrance Marketing Development. Fluency in English; other languages (German, French, etc.) are a plus. Autonomous, creative, business-minded, structured, with an entrepreneurial spirit, team player, flexible, agile, adaptable, enthusiastic, curious, collaborative, positive, and digitally savvy.
