I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager to work for a reputable, family-run care provider across 2 of their nursing homes in Aylesbury.
The homes provide elderly and dementia care for less than 50 residents between them, and they have both been rated good in all 5 areas.
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee both services. You will be responsible for leading the multidisciplinary staff team and ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. You will also be responsible for assisting with the home's recruitment and training, as well as the management and assessment of care plans.
Your role will also include audits, budget management, and liaising with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC.
For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience managing a nursing home, excellent clinical skills and knowledge, as well as experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC.
In return, you will receive a generous salary of £70,000 per annum.
