Solicitor (Senior Associate), Private Client

Private Client - mfg Solicitors (x1 Kidderminster, x1 Worcester) We have two fantastic opportunities for an established Private Client Solicitor, working at Associate level or above (ideally 6+PQE), based at our Kidderminster and Telford offices. The ideal candidate Technically proficient and with a good sense of judgement, you'll be very much the team player with an ability to inspire and build effective relations with others. Focused on delivering client service excellence, you will be highly motivated and able to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks across a range of matters, whilst possessing demonstrable experience in managing a small team. You will also be commercially aware and enjoy promoting the mfg brand. Responsibilities Managing a varied and complex portfolio of private client work commensurate to the role, including LPA’s, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts and tax planning matters. Leading a team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others. Proactively coordinating and engaging in business development and marketing activities. Qualifications STEP would be desirable but not essential.
