Key Responsibilities

As a Sales/Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of the company by managing and growing client relationships. Your main responsibilities will include: Account Management:

Take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns. Cold Calling and Business Development:

Generate new leads and business opportunities through proactive cold calling and outreach. You'll be tasked with identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company's products/services as the ideal solution. Building Relationships:

Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to create a solid foundation for long-term business. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and helping them achieve success through tailored solutions. Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales activity, client feedback, and business development progress. You'll need to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and growth within your accounts. Collaborative Teamwork:

Work closely with other team members, such as the sales team and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: Language Skills:

Fluency in one or more European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or Portuguese is highly desirable. This will allow you to work effectively with clients across diverse markets. Sales/Account Management Experience:

Previous experience in a sales or account management role is a must. You should be comfortable managing client expectations, conducting cold calls, and negotiating deals. Relationship Building:

You are skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships, and have a natural ability to engage with clients on a personal level. Self-Motivated and Driven:

You should have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. The drive to succeed and deliver exceptional service is key to this role. Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Organisational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively is necessary.

Location
