Your strong mechanical expertise, hands-on dexterity, and leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring production goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion. Oversee and participate in cable assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to improve processes. Monitor and optimize production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Train and mentor team members on technical skills and safety protocols. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and drive improvements.
