General Manager - Grounds Maintenance Contract Specialist
Location: London (within the M25), United Kingdom, with regular travel across the region - flexible on the exact base.

As a General Manager, you will lead with vision, ensuring the seamless delivery of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
Take the reins of multi-site contracts, delivering exceptional strategic management and operational oversight.
Be the trusted partner clients turn to, building strong, long-term relationships that drive success.
Lead and inspire a high-performing management team, cultivating collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Shape the financial future, excelling in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure sustained success.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is required.
Strong operational and strategic expertise in multi-site contract and commercial management.
High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build relationships.
Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
Full clean driving licence.
