In this role, the successful candidate will:
Lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis. Compile pre-start information to ensure work is completed efficiently and cost-effectively. Assist in the compilation of final account information on each project. Work primarily from the office with occasional site visits across London and the Home Counties.
The ideal candidate will have: Good organisational and IT skills. Experience working with Schedules of Rates. Relevant industry experience from the engineering or trades sector. A full driving license. Ability to commute to Enfield.
