Responsible for Line Scheduled and Unscheduled/AOG service delivery/certification to exceed our client's expectations while remaining in compliance with company policies and procedures. Accountable for Compliance with all procedures detailed within the Maintenance Organisation Expositions (EASA/CAA). Skills, Qualifications and Experience required
Essential
An unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 Licence Category B1 with at least one of the below type ratings: Cessna Citation 680 / 680A Bombardier Challenger 350 Bombardier BD-700 Global Express Bombardier Challenger 604/ 605/ 650 Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 Cessna Citation 560XLS Embraer EMB- 135/ 145 Extensive experience as a line/base certifying engineer. Extensive aircraft maintenance experience with a wide knowledge and skill range in servicing, inspection repair and modifications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Hold a valid Passport and UK Driving Licence. Flexible and able to travel at short notice. Advantageous
Good understanding of the concepts and requirements of SMS, Quality Assurance and Audits. Line management experience including the ability to delegate work, set clear directions and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills and foster teamwork among team members. In addition to a Competitive Salary, we will offer you:
