PSV Engineering Manager needed
Location: Workington
Our client, one of the largest bus operators in the UK, is seeking a PSV Engineering Manager to join their team in Workington.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing the team daily to maintain and repair a fleet of 82 buses. They will also have the opportunity to manage the company's buildings and plant equipment.

Hours:
Day shift; flexible hours
Key Responsibilities:
Develop your engineering team to enhance their skills, passing on your technical knowledge to both experienced technicians and eager-to-learn apprentices. Lead a team of 38 professionals skilled with a spanner, a mop, and a paintbrush. Ensure that all vehicles are presented to high standards. Have autonomy over resource management, stock, and people. Main responsibility in ordering, managing inventory, recruiting, training, and health & safety.
Requirements:
Experience in people management. Passion for working in engineering. Desire to lead teams.
