If you are a Dynamic, ambitious Home Manager looking to make the next step then read on! You will be the Home Manager for a 60 bedded Nursing Home with state-of-the-art facilities, and your role is to ensure the team deliver specialist care and nursing services to the residents; to ensure high-quality nursing and care support places the individual at the centre of everything and based on the core values of Wellness, Happiness and Kindness. You will be supported by a talented and passionate team including a Clinical Deputy Manager. To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users. To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines. To be a good role model for all employees, being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions. Essential Requirements: Active NMC Pin - Desirable not essential Experience of Managing a service of a similar size and client group Previously held Registration with the CQC Holding NVQ Level 5 Management in H&SC
