My client is seeking a static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee a large residential development on the Woodbury Down development site in Finsbury Park.
This role would suit someone local to the site, who has electrical qualifications. This is a permanent position with a leading M&E facilities company, working Monday to Friday, 8.30-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Weekly Fire Alarm testing Light bulb changing (communal areas) Fault finding General electrical maintenance (communal areas) Ad hoc caretaker maintenance repairs
The successful candidate will need to be actively fit, as this role covers a large site!
Salary: £40k per annum, plus paid holiday, uniform, pension.
