We're currently supporting a provider who is seeking a Nurse Qualified Manager to run their very stable and high performing Nursing Home!
This is a small home (under 30 beds) within a fantastic provider who prioritizes staff and support.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance. Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries. Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders. Improving quality and compliance. Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority. Building and maintaining high occupancy. Maintaining minimal agency usage. Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
Nurse qualifications / active Pin NVQ Level 5 preferred. Experience working with the Elderly and or Dementia residents. Ambitious and motivated individual. Strong leadership. Good track record with CQC. Computer literacy. Benefits:
