The HR Advisor will support the HR team from an operational perspective and the role involves aligning people strategies with organisational goals, fostering strong team relationships, and contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing early careers programmes such as trainee schemes and apprenticeships. Managing benefits renewals, family leave processes, pay reviews, performance reviews, and disciplinary/grievance procedures. Handling staff attendance, absence monitoring, and occupational health referrals. Acting as the system administrator for the firm's HRIS.
Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited (Level 5 or above) with at least three years of experience in an HR Advisor role, preferably within a professional services environment. They must be enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
