Our client specialises in supporting children and young people who have experienced early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and who may display challenging behaviours. They are looking for experienced and qualified Registered Managers to lead their children's residential homes in Burnley and Stafford.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a children's residential home in line with legislation, policies, and the Statement of Purpose. Recruit, vet, and induct new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Support and mentor staff to deliver the highest standards of care. Liaise with internal and external professionals to meet the care needs of young people. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and uphold registration requirements. Participate in the on-call system and other operational duties as needed.
What We're Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve). Proven senior-level experience in a Residential Children's Home. Full manual driving licence. Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
