The role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented candidates with exciting career opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and facilitating successful placements.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Job Vacancy Management: Work closely with clients to create detailed and compelling job descriptions. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner. Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Sales and Negotiation: Proactively approach potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and promote recruitment services. Negotiate terms of business, including fees and contract terms, with clients. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Use market insights to provide valuable information to clients and candidates. Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote NXT Recruitment. Candidate Presentation and Coaching: Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interviews. Provide feedback and coaching to candidates to enhance their chances of success in interviews. Administration and Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.

Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales abilities. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Full UK Driving License is required. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is advantageous.
