The successful candidate will combine sales expertise with technical understanding of air source heat pumps to provide tailored recommendations. A valid driver's license is required, as the role involves traveling to customer properties.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Visits customer properties to assess their suitability for air source heat pump installations.
* Provides professional advice, educating homeowners on the benefits of air source heat pumps and recommending solutions tailored to their needs.
* Prepares and delivers clear, accurate, and competitive quotes.
* Builds strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and trust throughout the sales process.
* Collaborates with installation teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to installation.
* Keeps up-to-date with industry developments, government incentives, and advancements in ASHP technology.
* Maintains detailed records of customer interactions and assessments in accordance with company protocols.
* Meets and exceeds sales targets by identifying opportunities and converting leads into sales.
Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the air source heat pump or heating industry, or prior experience as an ASHP engineer with a solid understanding of system specifications and installations.
* Strong knowledge of air source heat pump systems and their benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to customer properties.
* A valid UK driving license
