Role Overview:
As an Education Recruitment Consultant at Link Education Ltd, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between schools and educators, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for pupils. You will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including short-term and long-term assignments, as well as permanent placements. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales, networking, and innovative marketing strategies. Candidate Management:
Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information and support. Relationship Building:
Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering a collaborative environment. Candidate Sourcing:
Utilise job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to source qualified candidates. Vacancy Advertising:
Effectively advertise vacancies to attract suitable and qualified candidates. Requirements:
Recruitment Background:
Previous experience in sales and recruitment, with transferable skills highly valued. Relationship Management:
Confidence in establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. Proactive Mindset:
Honest, flexible, determined, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Enthusiasm for Recruitment:
