The Benefits: Salary between £38,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience 33 days holiday including bank holidays Annual bonus scheme - up to 10% (based on company AND personal performance) Pension Scheme Ongoing commitment to training and progression On-site parking The Responsibilities: Controlling the introduction of new products and processes from a QSHE standpoint through implementing either new product development or a cost-saving route. Ensuring health & safety procedures are upheld across the site to ensure employee safety. Work to ISO 9001 regulation standards alongside being trained in NEBOSH. Respond & liaise surrounding customer complaints to find the cause & implement new measures to ensure the issue is fixed. Implementing Quality Assurance Tools. Reduce waste, utilize renewable materials & energy. The Requirements: Minimum 5 years' worth of experience working as a quality engineer or QSHE manager within a manufacturing environment. A good understanding of complying with various manufacturing frameworks (ISO 9001, 14001 etc). Experience in reducing the impact of the business on the environment (waste, energy, renewable materials etc). Full UK Drivers Licence.
