As an Assistant Management Accountant, you'll be a key player in delivering month-end management accounts. You'll have the chance to collaborate with multiple departments and work closely with key stakeholders to drive the business forward. By providing valuable insights into performance, explaining variances, and contributing to financial strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing month-end management accounts with precision and detail Assisting in balance sheet preparation, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations Supporting the creation of annual budgets and forecasts, alongside periodic re-forecasts Collaborating with the Finance Manager to conduct monthly P&L reviews

You will ideally be AAT Qualified and have the desire to go on to further studies supported by the business, or will have started ACCA or CIMA qualification. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of month-end accounting either through hands-on experience or experience gained in your qualification. You will show enthusiasm for finance and have a can-do attitude. This role is going to suit someone who is career-driven and wants to progress and develop.
