My client is a global premium beauty brand, with an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team in the Midlands and East Anglia region of the UK. This person will be responsible for the strategy and sales performance of retail counters within the territory, whilst developing a high performing team. To be considered for this position you must have an extensive retail background at a Regional Manager level. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate people. This is a field-based role and will require one weekend a month to support in stores.

Regional Sales Manager responsibilities:

Drive Retail Sales:

Set and achieve sales targets for stores within your region, working closely with your senior team to maximise retail performance. Team Development & Training:

Lead, coach, and mentor to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals. Product Demonstration & Service Excellence:

Lead by example in product demonstrations and customer service experience. Customer Service:

Foster a high level of customer loyalty by maintaining exceptional standards of service. Stock & Merchandising:

Ensure stock levels are maintained and counters are visually stunning, upholding the cleanliness and visual standards the brand is known for. Culture & Engagement:

Cultivate a positive, motivated, and inclusive culture within your region, ensuring your team feels supported and empowered to achieve both personal and professional goals. Recruitment & Induction:

Identify and attract top talent, support the development of your team, and ensure new starters are onboarded successfully. Communication:

Maintain clear communication with your team and other functions in the business.

Our Regional Sales Manager will have/be:

Proven leadership experience within a sales environment, from a beauty, accessories or fashion retail industry. Strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to manage and inspire a large team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A passion for beauty, customer service, and delivering high standards. Experience in training, mentoring, and developing teams. Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and ensure the highest level of service. A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on achieving goals and creating a great work environment.
